My Story
I am not a trained chef. And that, perhaps, is exactly the point.
By day, I navigate the world of Technology Risk and Compliance - but my truest calling has always been at the heart of a bustling kitchen, feeding people I love and watching their eyes light up at the first bite of something real, something honest, something deeply Indian.
For years, friends and colleagues have gathered around my table, and what began as a passion quietly became a purpose. I realised that so many people in the UK had never truly experienced Indian cuisine - not the real thing. Not the kind that carries a story, a region, a memory. The kind that is nothing like the menu at your local takeaway.
So I became something of a cultural curator. I source the recipes, I honour the traditions, and I bring you the flavours that have been passed down through generations - from royal Mughal courts to bustling street corners, from coastal fishing villages to highland spice farms.
But I will do more than feed you. I will walk you through every dish - its origin, its journey, the hands it passed through before it reached yours. Because great food deserves a great story. And I have plenty of those.
